Through 25 years of development, based on its people-first idea, superior research environment and efficient administration and service system, SBA has attracted a group of influential academic leaders and excellent young and middle-aged teachers. Their competencies in research and bilingual teaching have been greatly enhanced as a result of academic collaboration and teacher exchange programs with business schools of University of Pennsylvania , California State University, LA, University of Iowa , University of Manchester and University of Ferrara . Under the influence of incentives, encouragement and school culture, the faculty put much value to quality education, research achievement and community service. Atmosphere for instruction and research is very good.

Up to May, 2007, SBA has a total of 102 faculty members including 23 professors and 40 associate professors, appropriate to the structure; 54 of them have received doctoral degree and 20 of them are taking part-time programs for the degree, further optimizing the academic structure; the average age of professors is 47, associate professors 41, really an energetic team with great development potential.
